The process of tube can be category by extruding, offset printing, silk scree print, hot stamping, inject head, labeling, and assembling.
UDN packaging corp. has 4 extruding machines. 3 of them are 3-layers extruding machines, the rest is a 5-layers extruding machine.
The 3-layers extruding is the state of art design, which helps us reduce the time of change over and material consumption increasing the efficiency.
All of them can have the compound material and co-extruding with EVOH. The tube sleeve diameter can be 10mm, 13mm, 16mm, 19mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, and 50mm.
There are 5 offset printing machines in UDN. All of them are 6 color printing machine with UV system. The characters of our printing machines are:
- 100% print without head. Under this circumstance, we can print over the shoulder and aline the head with the artwork.Furthermore, we don’t need to cut the junk head to have the oval tube after printing.
- 100% fire treatment. We don’t use crona to make the surface treatment to prevent the defect of sealing.
We have total 5 silk screen printing, 1 is 5 pass automatic silk screen machine, 3 are 3 pass automatic silk screen machine, and 1 is 1 pass automatic. Our 3 pass silk screen automatic machine can interchange one silk screen station to a hot stamping station. Under this circumstance, we can have a better efficiency 2 pass silk screen and 1 pass hot stamping process.
Furthermore, we have 16 semi-auto machines. These machines can provide the most elegant hot stamping performance.
For the heading, we have 18 heading machines in our factory. The advantage of these machines is highly flexible, which bring us quick change over.
Last but not least, we have 2 automatic cappign machines, which provide the most reliable quality of final steps.
